Description. Slicer CELME GE 275
Slicer GE 275 renamed to CELME FA 275 The GE 275, C.EL.ME slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. GE series slicers are made of cast anodized aluminum and feature a safety cap on the bottom, a built-in sharpener, and a damper. They are manufactured according to CE and GOST standards. The GE series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife cutting edge sharp. In GE models, the sharpening device is permanently attached near the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. GE series slicers are designed for short operating times. The manufacturer recommends this series for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets with longer-than-average workloads. - the body is made of food-grade aluminum, - have a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - the carriage moves along the rod on ball bearings, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade - Models GE 275 - GE 300 have an emergency switch on the blade guard.
