The C.EL.ME FA 275 Teflon/teeth slicer is designed for slicing sausages, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, bread, and more. The FA 275 Teflon/teeth slicer is made of cast anodized aluminum and features a protective cap on the bottom, a built-in sharpener, and a shutter. Manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards, the FA 275 is equipped with a sharpening device, ensuring the knife's cutting edge remains sharp. In GE models, the sharpening device is permanently attached to the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient.
The slicer blade is made of stainless steel, with a Teflon-coated surface or serrated for slicing bread.
The FA series slicers (formerly the GE series) are designed for short operating times. The manufacturer recommends this series for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets with longer-than-average workloads.
