The FAMILY 220 ROSSA, CELME slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. The FA series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, ensuring the knife's cutting edge remains sharp. The sharpening device is included but not attached to the slicer body, which distinguishes the FAMILY slicer models from the FA series. The ROSSA model has a red-painted metal body. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. FAMILY 250 ROSSA slicers are designed for short run times.
