Description. Slicer Beckers BKL 220 PRO
The Beckers BKL 220 PRO semi-automatic slicer with manual feed is used for even slicing of deli products such as sausages, hard cheeses, and smoked meats. The body is made of die-cast painted aluminum alloy. The knife is made of chrome-plated steel and sharpened using the new 3G (third generation) technology. The knife surface is located on two levels with a narrow edge, minimizing contact between the knife surface and the product. This results in less waste, thinner, more even slices, and the product's aroma remains unchanged because the blade does not heat up. Country of origin: Italy. Knife diameter 220mm. Cutting size 145x200mm. Power: 0.16 kW. Voltage 220V. Built-in sharpening device. Adjustable cutting thickness 0-15mm. Ventilated motor with temperature sensor - if the motor overheats, the slicer switches off automatically to prevent damage to the motor, and the operator must restart the slicer manually.
