Description. Slicer CELME for bread FAMILY 300 cloves
The CELME FAMILY 220 bread slicer features a serrated blade primarily designed for slicing bread. The FAMILY series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device to keep the blade's cutting edge sharp. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short operating times. The 300 slicer is intended for use in medium- and low-volume food service establishments, as well as in grocery stores. Important! After 15 minutes of operation, the motor requires a 5-10 minute break to ensure safe and long-lasting operation. - the body is made of food-grade aluminum, - has a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer.
