Description. Slicer CELME GE 300 Teflon/teeth
The C.EL.ME GE 300 Teflon slicer is primarily designed for slicing cheese—Teflon prevents the product from sticking to the blade. It's also suitable for slicing sausages, ham, vegetables, and more. A serrated knife is primarily used for slicing bread. GE series slicers are made of cast anodized aluminum and feature a protective cap on the bottom, a built-in sharpener, and a shutter. They are manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards. The GE series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife edge sharp at all times. In GE models, the sharpening device is permanently attached to the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. GE series slicers are designed for short operating times. The manufacturer recommends this series for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets with longer-than-average workloads. - the body is made of food-grade aluminum, - have a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - the carriage moves along the rod on ball bearings, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade - Models GE 275 - GE 300 have an emergency switch on the blade guard.
