Description. Slicer CELME for bread FAMILY 250 cloves
The CELME FAMILY 250 bread slicer has a serrated blade designed primarily for slicing bread. - made of food grade aluminum, - have a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer. Manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards. The FAMILY series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which allows you to keep the cutting edge of the knife sharp at all times. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short-term use. The manufacturer recommends this series for home use, as well as for small cafes, bars, and restaurants. Founded in 1971, C.EL.ME manufactures professional food industry equipment, including slicers, vegetable cutters, meat grinders, meat cutters, and specialized pizzeria equipment. All equipment is European certified and exported worldwide. Products under the Celme Electric brand have become well-known in the market, establishing the company as a leader in the professional equipment industry. In 2005, C.EL.ME opened a new branch in Ukraine to manufacture and sell equipment on the domestic market. The Zhytomyr facility processes and assembles products using Italian materials and components.
