Description. Slicer Celme FAMILY 250 (body painted gray) FY 250 GC
The FAMILY 250, C.EL.ME slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, etc. The FAMILY series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, allowing you to keep the cutting edge of the knife sharp at all times. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short operating times. The 250 slicer is intended for use in medium- and low-volume food service establishments, as well as in grocery stores. Important! After 15 minutes of operation, the motor requires a 5-10 minute break to ensure safe and long-lasting operation. - the body is made of painted aluminum, suitable for use with food products, - has a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade The body is painted grey. Cutting area 210x170mm. The parts are made of cast aluminum, with a surface treatment for use with food products, the blades are made of steel. All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer. FY series slicers are equipped with a removable sharpening unit, which is attached to the moving carriage. Use the dial to set the maximum cutting size to 15 mm. Attach the sharpening unit to the slicing plate support and position it so that the blade fits between the sharpening stones. Turn on the disk rotation, sharpen the disk with the lower stone for 5-10 seconds, then press the upper button for a few seconds to remove burrs. When finished sharpening, turn off the rotation and remove the sharpening unit. All sliding parts should be periodically lubricated with Vaseline oil. Never use vegetable or olive oil.
