Description. Slicer CELME FAMILY 300 teflon
The CELME FAMILY 300 Teflon slicer is primarily designed for slicing cheese—the Teflon prevents the product from sticking to the blade. It's also suitable for slicing sausages, ham, vegetables, and more. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short operating times. The 300 slicer is intended for use in medium- and low-volume food service establishments, as well as in grocery stores. Important! After 15 minutes of operation, the motor requires a 5-10 minute break to ensure safe and long-lasting operation. - the body is made of food-grade aluminum, - has a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer.
