Description. Celme TOP 250 Slicer
The CELME TOP 250 CE slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. The TOP series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife's cutting edge sharp. The sharpening device is removable on TOP models, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The body is made of anodized food-grade aluminum, which meets the highest requirements and standards. A powerful and silent motor will make the cutting process as convenient as possible. The carriage is removable, with a cutting panel locking device, on 4 bearings, providing exceptionally smooth sliding. Powerful clamping force. Professional ventilated motor with overheating protection. Knife holder with double ball bearing. The TOP series slicers are designed for short operating times.
