Description. Slicer Celme FAP 300 (body painted gray) GC
The FAP 300 C.EL.ME slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. FAP series slicers are made of aluminum and feature a protective cap on the bottom, a built-in sharpener, and a damper. They are manufactured according to CE and GOST standards. The GE series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife cutting edge sharp. In FAP models, this device is permanently attached to the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The body is painted grey. The sharpening device is attached to the top of the knife holder, which allows for quick and high-quality sharpening of the knife. Designed for use in medium and large-capacity catering establishments, as well as in grocery departments of stores. After 15 minutes of operation, the engine requires a break of 5-10 minutes to ensure safe and long-term operation. FAP series slicers are designed for short operating times.
