Description. Slicer Celme FA 275 (body painted gray) GC
The C.EL.ME FA 275 slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. The FA 275 slicer is made of aluminum and features a protective cap on the bottom, a built-in sharpener, and a damper. It is manufactured according to CE and GOST standards. The FA 275 slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife cutting edge sharp. In GE models, the sharpening device is permanently attached to the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FA series slicers (formerly the GE series) are designed for short operating times. The manufacturer recommends this series for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets with longer-than-average workloads. - the body is made of painted aluminum, suitable for use with food products, - have a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - the carriage moves along the rod on ball bearings, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade - Models 275 - 300 have an emergency switch on the blade guard. All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer. The body is painted. The sharpening device is attached to the top of the knife holder, which allows for quick and high-quality sharpening of the knife. After 15 minutes of operation, the engine needs a break of 5-10 minutes for safe and long-term operation.
