The Beckers ES 300 semi-automatic Teflon-coated slicer with manual feed is designed for quick and efficient slicing of various deli products (sausages, cheese, rolls, baked goods), as well as meat, fish, and fruit. Designed for short operating times, the Beckers ES 300 slicer is primarily used in supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and delicatessens. A slicer ensures fast and precise cutting of food. Slicing a single loaf of dry-cured sausage takes only 2.5 to 3.5 minutes, while a chef would spend twice as long. Not only does this process require minimal physical effort, but it's also executed perfectly. A professional slicer cuts food very evenly, piece by piece. This allows you to accurately calculate the yield of any product in grams, setting a specific slicing thickness for each. The electric knife is easily adjusted to suit different food thicknesses. The slicer is made of anodized aluminum. Slicing thickness ranges from 0 to 15 mm. A thermal safety device automatically stops the slicer if it overheats. The chrome-plated blade is sharpened on both sides. The slicer is equipped with a sharpening device to keep the cutting edge sharp at all times. The slicer operates very simply. The product, unpacked, is placed on the work surface and moved by a carriage toward a rotary blade, which slices the product to the desired thickness.
