Description. Celme TOP 275 Slicer
The CELME TOP 275 CE slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. The TOP series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife's cutting edge sharp. The sharpening device is removable on TOP models, making sharpening easy and convenient. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The TOP series slicers are designed for short operating times. The manufacturer recommends this series for home use, as well as for small cafes, bars, and restaurants. - the body is made of anodized food-grade aluminum, - has a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade - the ability to cut directly onto a plate - gear drive - carriage and pressure lever – removable, carriage with cutting panel locking device, on 4 bearings.
