Description. Slicer Celme FAMILY 250 Teflon (body painted gray) FY 250 GT
The C.EL.ME FAMILY 250 Teflon slicer is primarily designed for slicing cheese—the Teflon prevents the product from sticking to the blade. It is also suitable for slicing sausages, ham, vegetables, and other items. The FAMILY series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, ensuring the blade's cutting edge remains sharp. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short operating times. The 250 slicer is intended for use in medium- and low-volume food service establishments, as well as in grocery stores. Important! After 15 minutes of operation, the motor requires a 5-10 minute break to ensure safe and long-lasting operation. - the body is made of painted aluminum, suitable for use with food products, - has a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade The body is painted grey.
