Description. Slicer Celme FAMILY 220 Teflon (body painted gray) FY 220 GT
The C.EL.ME FAMILY 220 Teflon slicer is primarily designed for slicing cheese—the Teflon prevents the product from sticking to the blade. It's also suitable for slicing sausages, ham, vegetables, and more. - made of food grade aluminum, - have a convenient carriage that moves easily on bearings, - blade made of chrome-plated hardened steel, - powerful and quiet engine, - a device for sharpening a blade All this ensures professional cutting, safety and ease of use and maintenance of the slicer. The body is painted. Cutting area 200*150mm. Ventilated motor. Protective ring. Knife holder with double ball bearing. Fixed carriage - belt drive. The finger protector is made of aluminum. Removable sharpening device. Manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards. The FAMILY series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which allows you to keep the cutting edge of the knife sharp at all times. The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95. The FAMILY series slicers are designed for short-term use. The manufacturer recommends this series for home use, as well as for small cafes, bars, and restaurants.
