The FA 250, C.EL.ME slicer is designed for slicing sausages, ham, fresh and roast meats, cheeses, vegetables, rolls, and more. The FA series slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, which keeps the knife's cutting edge sharp. In FA models, the sharpening device is permanently attached to the knife, making sharpening easy and convenient.
The slicer blade is made of stainless steel with a non-stick surface. The blade surface is guaranteed to be corrosion-resistant for 6 years, in accordance with Directive 2002/95.
The FA series slicers are designed for short operating times. The 250 slicer is designed for use in medium- and low-volume food service establishments, as well as in grocery stores. Important! After 15 minutes of operation, the motor requires a 5-10 minute rest to ensure safe and long-lasting operation.

The FA series slicers are equipped with a permanently mounted sharpening device, ensuring the knife's cutting edge is always sharp. This makes sharpening easy and convenient. Before sharpening, carefully clean and wipe the slicer blade, following safety precautions. Loosen the mounting screw and rotate the sharpening device 180 degrees to fit the blade between the two grinding stones, then tighten the screw securely. Turn on the disk rotation, press and hold the front button for the deburring side for a few seconds. Then press and hold the button on the opposite side for sharpening the disk for 5-10 seconds. Then turn off the disk rotation and return the sharpener to its original position.
All sliding parts should be periodically lubricated with Vaseline oil. Never use vegetable or olive oil. Using an oiler, inject the lubricant into the designated holes. Models with a 220mm blade have a hole on the right side of the carriage; models with a 250mm blade have an additional hole near the control panel.
