    Description. Unox XVC 505 E Combi Oven

    The Unox XVC 505 combi-steam oven is a continuation of the improved XVC 504: it now offers 99 programs instead of 70. It also now has 9 cooking stages, compared to 4 in the previous model. Now, any complex dish can be prepared step-by-step, making it very convenient, and the increased number of programs simplifies the cooking process to a minimum. The updated model allows you to adjust the speed of the fans that pump heat into the chamber. Humidity can also be adjusted.

    Unox specializes in producing a wide range of affordable convection ovens. The company's specialists achieved significant cost reductions through a significant simplification of the design, the use of a high-speed turbine as the steam source, which disperses water into steam even at low temperatures, and a number of other technical improvements. The modular design of the convection ovens allows them to be stacked on top of each other using special stands. Thanks to the simplicity of these ovens, there's simply nothing to break—UNOX units contain 4-5 times fewer components than similar models from other manufacturers, significantly reducing their cost and significantly increasing reliability. The design minimizes the number of complex stamped stainless steel parts. UNOX combi steamers are simply indispensable when there is no possibility of connecting to the water supply and sewerage system (with the additional DSP PUMP option, you can supply water into the chamber from any container).

    DRY.Maxi technology removes moisture that builds up in the cooking chamber. This prevents food flavors from mixing, reduces cooking time, and minimizes weight loss.
    The STEAM.Maxi steam generation system generates steam starting at 48°C, allowing you to cook vacuum-sealed foods. With STEAM.Maxi, you can steam any type of food quickly and efficiently, using the same oven to cook multiple foods simultaneously.
    AIR.Maxi technology, using high-speed reversible fans with specially designed blade geometry, ensures high heat transfer, reduced cooking times, and maximum uniformity, even with a full load. ADAPTIVE.Clima technology precisely controls the actual humidity in the oven's cooking chamber, allowing for optimal reconstitution of dishes without excess moisture on the plate.
