The result of Lainox's many years of experience and technological developments is the Heart Green, a new combi steamer that respects not only your work, but also the environment. Heart Green has been specially designed to provide you with the technological solutions you need to prepare any type of food, and is characterized by its great ease of use: you just need to press a button for perfect results. During the cooking process, the Heart Green Lainox KME081X combi steamer delivers hot air directly to the core of the food, minimizing weight loss and essential nutrient loss while using minimal energy, raw materials, and effort. Heart Green utilizes a variety of innovative technological solutions to achieve the best cooking results. These include the patented Fast Dry® system for rapid moisture removal from the cooking chamber, automatic humidity control in the cooking chamber via the Autoclima® system, and the most precise temperature control in the core of the food using three types of core temperature probes (multi-point, 1mm diameter needle probe, and a multi-probe system for simultaneously cooking different products or products of different sizes). An adjustable fan speed with automatic power reduction reduces energy consumption and, combined with the new cooking chamber and automatic fan reverser, ensures perfectly even cooking.
