Sapiens is a combi-steamer with manual control and electronic monitoring. It features LAINOX automatic programs: 95 preset recipes and 99 user-created and saved programs. Each program can contain up to four cooking cycles in an automatic sequence. Naturally, this combi-steamer also offers standard manual cooking with the ability to set up to four cooking cycles in an automatic sequence and cook while monitoring the core temperature of the food using the optional multi-point core temperature probe or needle probe.
