    The Convotherm 6.10 ES 4 EASYDIAL combi oven is part of the latest easyDial series, released by the renowned German manufacturer in 2014. This relatively compact model is designed to hold seven GN 1/1-size pans or five standard 400x600 mm baking trays. The updated C-Dial electromechanical control system allows for quick navigation of the equipment's capabilities and allows for both manual and automatic cooking, using the unique signature features. Its stylish design, ease of use, and maintenance make operating the combi oven incredibly convenient. A combi-steamer is truly the heart of a professional kitchen. A single combi-steamer can replace several types of cooking equipment—an oven, stovetop, fryer, convection oven, tilting pan, kettle, deep fryer, and more. Combi-steam ovens are capable of preserving almost all the beneficial substances in the food being cooked.

    A combi-steamer is the perfect piece of equipment for a restaurant or café: it saves cooking time, energy, and space by combining several types of cooking within a single cooking chamber, offering menu variety and more time for the chef's creative imagination. The history of Convotherm began in 1976 in the town of Wolfrathausen in southern Bavaria with the establishment of a company producing machines for defrosting and regenerating food products. In 1982, Convotherm produced its first electronic combi steamer, offering a wide range of features compared to electromechanical models.     The Convotherm C4 eD 6.10 ES combi steamer is designed for small and medium-sized restaurants, cafeterias, and other food service establishments. This compact, versatile oven replaces dozens of pieces of standard cooking equipment.
    The intuitive control panel interface ensures quick and easy preparation of even the most complex dishes. TriColor backlighting indicates the current cooking stage, and the scroll wheel makes setting adjustments quick and easy.
    If you cook a particular dish every day, it's a good idea to save it in a recipe book. It can store up to 99 recipes with 20 steps each. In addition to manual programming, you can also upload recipes via USB.
    The ACS+ system ensures energy conservation—heat and steam are trapped inside, like under a pressure cooker lid. This operating principle ensures maximum steam saturation and excellent results, even with a full cooking chamber.
    You can use the built-in hand shower to clean the combi steamer. A semi-automatic cleaning function is also available. All control panel elements, as well as the door handle and shower head, contain bactericidal silver ions.
