A combi-steamer is a product of engineering and high technology that combines various cooking modes in a single appliance, reducing energy consumption and enhancing the taste of food. A combi-steamer utilizes several cooking modes: steam, convection, and a combination of the two.
A powerful fresh steam generator with a new, efficient control system combines the advantages of cooking, i.e. processing at maximum
Humidity and gentle steam cooking. Heating is achieved in the shortest possible time, colors are vibrant, flavor is superb, and vitamins and minerals are preserved. Constant steam temperature and maximum steam saturation guarantee the highest quality dishes. Thanks to the new steam control system, dishes are constantly and gently treated with a stream of hygienic, fresh steam. Even the most delicate foods do not dry out.

CombiMaster® Plus - a jack of all trades.
The CombiMaster® Plus is a true jack-of-all-trades. It will quickly become your indispensable kitchen assistant. It doesn't require much space: while previously you had to expend a lot of effort and work with several appliances taking up a large area, now you can prepare the same dishes in just one appliance, requiring only 1 m² of space.
Operating mode “Steam” from 30°C to 130°C
A powerful generator with a new steam regulation system always provides hygienic, fresh steam. No need to add water during cooking.

There's no need to wait for water to boil. A constant temperature in the cooking chamber and maximum steam saturation ensure uniform and gentle cooking, guaranteeing the best possible quality. You can be sure that the colors will remain appetizing, the food will not overcook, and the vegetables will retain their nutrients and vitamins.
Even delicate dishes such as crème caramel, flan, noble fish or mousse can be prepared without difficulty, regardless of the number of servings.
Operating mode “Hot air” from 30°C to 300°C

Hot air, stirred at high speed, contacts the food from all sides. Meat proteins are immediately bound, and the meat remains perfectly juicy inside. Maintaining a constant hot air temperature of up to 300°C is more than just a technical detail: the power reserve is sufficient even when the unit is fully loaded. This is the only way to prepare juicy and crispy stir-fries, frozen dishes like squid or spring rolls, chicken wings, or fluffy baked goods.
Operating mode “Combination” from 30°C to 300°C
Combination cooking combines the benefits of steam (short cooking time, low frying loss, and high moisture retention) with the advantages of hot air (rich aroma, appetizing color, and crispy crust). No turning or flipping of food is required, cooking time is significantly reduced, and frying loss is reduced by up to 50% compared to standard cooking methods.
Finishing®

The Finishing® system seamlessly separates production and serving times. From side dishes to the finished menu, you'll quickly bring dishes prepared in the CombiMaster® Plus, whether on trays, in plates, or in containers, to serving temperature in an optimal microclimate, and then chilled. This system offers you flexibility, and your guests a more enjoyable experience, as dishes no longer need to be kept hot for extended periods, ensuring their quality remains unaffected.
5 fan speeds

The CombiMaster® Plus features the optimal fan speed for processing any product, whether delicate or difficult to handle. Even soufflés, éclairs, and sponge cakes come out effortlessly.
To ensure that dishes are successful, it has always been important to regulate humidity: pouring liquid over them, adding liquid to the container, closing or opening the lid.

ClimaPlus® – active microclimate control in the cooking chamber
Sensors continuously measure humidity in the cooking chamber and regulate it fully automatically according to user settings. Moisture is added or removed as needed. Time-consuming and labor-intensive manipulation is no longer necessary: pouring liquid over the food or adding more is no longer necessary.
The ClimaPlus® option can be used both manually and as part of cooking programs. Naturally, you can adjust the humidity level during cooking based on your experience.

The CombiMaster® Plus features an intuitive control system, making it easy to operate from the very start. Simple, clear symbols are arranged compactly, and the proven rotary lever makes it easy to precisely adjust the desired settings.
Individual programming
To automate individual cooking processes, 50 memory slots are available, each covering up to six cooking steps. This allows you to execute multi-step cooking processes with the touch of a button.

Cleaning the RATIONAL CombiMaster® Plus takes just a few steps. Simply spray the RATIONAL cleaning agent into the chamber and run the cleaning program. Afterwards, we recommend rinsing the chamber with the optional hand shower—and you're done. Even the most stubborn stains don't stand a chance.

An innovative airflow distribution system and special chamber geometry ensure uniform heat distribution. This ensures absolutely even cooking, even when the appliance is fully loaded.
Separation of fat by centrifugation
