    Description. Torgtekhmash TM-32 meat grinder (380V)

    Torgtekhmash TM-32 meat grinders are designed for grinding meat and fish into mince, re-grinding cutlets, and stuffing sausages in catering establishments. These meat grinders are manufactured in the UZ version according to GOST 15150-69 TU 5.899-111901-88 for operation at temperatures ranging from +1°C to +40°C. TM-32 meat grinders for catering establishments are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard and have Belarusian and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration.

    The meat grinder consists of a housing containing a rotating auger, a clamping nut, double-sided blades, a set of blade grids, a stop ring, and a scoring blade. The front of the meat grinder housing has an external thread onto which the clamping nut is screwed, and the rear has a flange that attaches the housing to the drive. The auger, auger housing, and clamping nut are made of solid stainless steel. This eliminates the risk of deformation that occurs with housings made of other metals. In order to obtain minced meat of varying degrees of grinding, the machines are equipped with a set of knife grids with hole diameters of 3 mm, 5 mm, 9 mm. There is a safety device on the loading bowl that prevents the hands of service personnel from accessing the auger of the operating machine. The meat grinder is convenient and easy to use. In addition to the "Stop" and "Start" functions, it also features a "Reverse" function, which prevents the threads from getting tangled up in the auger.

    Meat grinder operating instructions. Torgtekhmash TM-32 meat grinder (380V)

    1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat.
    2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
    3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
    4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.

    If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.

    Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.

    It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
