Description. Meat grinder MIM-350
The company has mastered the production of a new meat grinder, the MIM-350, designed for grinding meat and fish, re-grinding cutlet mass, and stuffing sausages in catering establishments. MIM-350 meat grinders for catering establishments are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard, have Belarusian and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration, a Certificate of Conformity to EU directives - CE and a Certificate for the B safety mark. The MIM-350 meat grinder uses a worm gear, which ensures smooth, quiet operation and has increased torque on the output shaft, allowing it to process even heavily trimmed meat. The installed ventilated three-phase motor guarantees continuous operation for many hours. For ease of use, the MIM-350 meat grinder features a reverse mode if the auger stops while processing low-quality meat products. By pressing the "Reverse" button, you can return the product to the feed chute and then reprocess it, or remove it from the grinder without disassembling the blades, grates, and auger assembly. The MIM-350 meat grinder's frame is made of stainless steel. The lightweight frame design and minimal number of parts make the MIM-350 lighter and easier to use than the similar MIM-300. On the front part of the meat grinder body there is an external thread onto which the clamping nut is screwed, and on the back there is a flange with which the body is attached to the drive.
The housing is secured with threaded clamps. A permanent safety catch is located above the loading opening, preventing the operator from getting their hands on the auger while the grinder is in operation.
The product to be processed is manually fed from the bowl into the meat grinder's mouth, and then pushed by a pusher into the rotating auger. The auger then carries the product through a series of cutting tools.
To obtain minced meat of varying degrees of grinding, the meat grinder is equipped with a set of knife grids with holes of different sizes. Meat grinder operating instructions. Meat grinder MIM-350
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
