Description. Celme THOR G12 Meat Grinder
Meat grinders with professional performance characteristics are used in restaurants, hotels, small catering establishments, buffets, mobile shops and kitchens where it is necessary to obtain a large quantity of ground product. THOR G12 is a professional meat grinder made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. It has a very powerful 2800 rpm engine, which is equipped with a gearbox immersed in lubricating oil. There is also a relay that stops the machine in the event of an accidental power outage. The knife is made of stainless steel and is self-sharpening. It is manufactured according to CE and GOST standards. Founded in 1971, C.EL.ME manufactures professional food industry equipment, including slicers, vegetable cutters, meat grinders, meat cutters, and specialized pizzeria equipment. Meat grinder operating instructions. Celme THOR G12 Meat Grinder
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
