Description. Meat grinder Sirman TC 42 Montana Y12 Hp 5
The Sirman TC 42 Montana Y12 Hp5 meat grinder made of AISI 304 stainless steel is designed for high productivity with high performance even during the second and subsequent processing. Wash with a stream of water. Sealed gearbox with gears in an oil bath. Meat chopping block: Theoretical time-based productivity up to 3500 kg/h. The amount of meat remaining in the neck is from 50 to 90g. Control panel, self-sharpening knife, 4.5 mm diameter attachment and stainless steel pusher. Standard equipment: screwdriver, screw and bit extractor, manual use and maintenance. With exclusive patented grid and ring presence control system (CE): The screw rod is made of steel and is heat treated. Quick dismantling of the meat chopping unit for cleaning. Square neck for product delivery. Wide hopper 563x900x120 mm with safety microswitch. IP67 control panel with reverse function (SE version). Options: FULL CONTROL controls for accessories. Splash guard, partial unger system neck, stainless steel unger system neck. Pedal control. Longer neck. Neck safety nozzle with opening > 8 mm. A wide selection of attachments and special knives.
