The SIRMAN TCG 12 E 1PH meat grinder and grater with professional performance characteristics is used in restaurants, hotels, small catering establishments, buffets, mobile shops and kitchens where it is necessary to obtain a large amount of ground product. The SIRMAN TCG 12E 1PH professional food processor consists of two parts: a meat grinder and a grater. The meat grinder is designed for mincing, while the grater is suitable for grating soft and hard cheeses, almonds, chocolate, nuts, and crackers. It has a capacity of 150 kg. The SIRMAN TCG 12E 1PH meat grinder and grater is easy to use and operate. Durable and reliable, it can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and maintenance much easier. It takes up minimal space. Polished die-cast aluminum construction. Stainless steel attachment and blade. Steel grating roller for food processing. Machined cast iron grinder neck and screw for food processing. The SIRMAN TCG 12E 1PH professional food processor consists of two parts: a meat grinder and a grater. The meat grinder is designed for mincing, while the grater is suitable for grating soft and hard cheeses, almonds, chocolate, nuts, and crackers. It has a capacity of 150 kg. The SIRMAN TCG 12E 1PH meat grinder and grater is easy to use and operate. Durable and reliable, it can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and maintenance much easier. It takes up minimal space.
Polished die-cast aluminum construction. Stainless steel attachment and blade. Steel grating roller for food processing. Machined cast iron grinder neck and screw for food processing. Meat grinder operating instructions. Meat grinder-grater SIRMAN TCG 12 E 1PH
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
