SIRMAN TC 32 COLORADO meat grinders with reverse and professional performance are used in restaurants, hotels, small catering establishments, buffets, mobile shops and kitchens. The SIRMAN TC 32 COLORADO's body is made entirely of stainless steel. The SIRMAN TC 32 COLORADO offers high productivity, capable of grinding up to 400 kg of meat per hour. -Powerful self-ventilated IP 55 motor for continuous use . - Gearbox in oil bath with gear wheels. - Gearbox with double liquid protection system. - Quick fastening of the neck without tools. - Easily and completely disassemblable for cleaning, the grinding unit is made entirely of stainless steel - Removable funnel with lock (32 CE) - 24 volt IP 54 controls with reverser (CE). Meat grinder operating instructions. Sirman TC 32 Colorado professional meat grinder
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
