Meat grinder operating instructions. Frosty JR12 Meat Grinder
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
