Description. Meat grinder MIM-300M-01
The MIM-300M-01 220V meat grinder is an analogue of the MIM-350 meat grinder , which, unlike the MIM-300, has an improved gearbox, is less noisy, and a stainless steel body. MIM-300M meat grinders are designed for mincing meat and fish, re-mincing cutlets, and stuffing sausages in catering establishments. These meat grinders are available in the UZ version according to GOST 15150-69 TU 5.899-111901-88 for operation at temperatures ranging from +1°C to +40°C. This model is a modernized version of the MIM-300 meat grinder, taking into account modern requirements for quality, design, and performance. The MIM-300M is equipped with the advanced UNGER S-5 blade system: three grids and two blades. A ventilated three-phase motor ensures continuous operation for many hours. Unlike the MIM-300, this model uses a worm gear, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. It is lighter and easier to operate and maintain. It features a reverse mode for product recycling. Meat grinder operating instructions. Meat grinder MIM-300M-01
1. The meat grinder is intended for grinding and mincing fresh meat only, not chilled or frozen. The meat must be free of bones and other particles that have a different consistency from the meat. 2. The meat grinder should not run idle!
3. It is prohibited to use a grill with holes larger than 8 mm.
4. Do not use the meat grinder intensively for more than 15 minutes. If the machine is used intensively, stop it and let it cool for 15 minutes.
If the cutting unit is assembled incorrectly, the elements will fail, which may lead to damage to other parts and non-warranty repairs.
Failure to perform regular maintenance every 1-2 months may result in additional repair costs and, in some cases, may result in warranty denial.
It's also important to maintain proper hygiene: clean the meat grinder daily. To do this, disassemble it, dry all parts after cleaning, and reassemble them in the correct order.
