The FIMAR TR22/TEU professional meat grinders, featuring high performance specifications in the 8, 12, and 22 series, are designed for mincing meat and fish in restaurants, cafeterias, and butcher shops with a wide selection of meat products. All components are made of stainless steel. Meat grinders are easy to use and operate. Durable and reliable, they can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and maintenance much easier. They take up minimal space. Polished aluminum frame with stainless steel hopper, fully removable stainless steel cutting unit, ø 52 mm meat feed opening, gear reducer in an oil bath, Additional equipment: Unger system for preparing very finely ground minced meat (e.g. for sausages) - reverse.
