The Staff BFX 600A professional hard ice cream freezer with unloading is used to prepare ice cream desserts of various consistencies, sorbetto, and granita, expanding the product range and attracting the attention of customers in catering establishments looking to expand their menu with original desserts.
The body, cylinder, blade and all parts in contact with the mixture are made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304, the mixer with scraper is made of durable polyethylene.
