The Staff R4014A 40-liter multifunctional ice cream machine combines two units: a pasteurizer and a freezer. It is designed for making traditional ice cream. The finished product is then sold through refrigerated display cases (in gastronorm containers) as scoops. These scoops can be served in waffle cones or individually as a variety of desserts.
