The Staff BFE 1000A professional hard ice cream freezer is used for the production of ice cream, sorbetto, and granita with unloading.
The body, cylinder, blade and all parts in contact with the mixture are made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304, the mixer with scraper is made of durable polyethylene.
