    Description. Combined ice cream machine STAFF R51A

    A floor-standing combination machine combining two units: a pasteurizer and a freezer. It is designed for making traditional hard ice cream. The final product temperature ranges from -8 to -12°C. Ice cream made with these units is further hardened in a low-temperature freezer to a lower temperature. The finished product is then sold through refrigerated display cases (in gastronorm containers) as scoops. These scoops can be served in waffle cones or individually as a variety of desserts.

    Peculiarities: •Beautiful exterior design. Rounded corners for better safety while working •The mixer blade lasts a long time because it's protected by polyethylene. All parts that come into contact with the mixture or ice cream are made of stainless steel or non-toxic material, and are easily accessible and removable for cleaning. •a vertically mounted scraper facilitates inspection of the mixture in the tank during the settling process •Automatic ice cream extraction •Remove ice cream and other products directly from the bottom of the tank to save extraction time •Control panel with speed variator, density control, PLC and allows the user to reduce the speed of the mixer •Double lid for adding ingredients while the mixer is running • micromagnetic device to stop the mixer before opening the lid •Adjustable tray
