The pizza oven has a ceramic base that accumulates heat; cladding - stainless steel; Brief description: • designed for baking pizza and pies; • models PZ 330 and PZ 400 - with 1 baking chamber, model PZ 660 - with 2 baking chambers; • the heating elements in the PZ 330 and PZ 660 models are 2 sets of quartz tubes (max temperature 1050 0C), each of which has independent control; in the PZ 400 model – heating elements; • in the PZ 330 and PZ 660 models, the bottom of the oven is covered with a ceramic plate, which ensures uniform heat distribution in the baking chamber; • equipped with a temperature controller: - models PZ 330 and PZ 660 - 0–350 C, - model PZ 400 - 0–250 C; • 15-minute timer with the option to turn it off (for continuous cooking); • preparing a semi-finished pizza takes about 4.5 minutes.
