The Fimar FML 6+6 electric pizza oven has two chambers and electromechanical controls. It features a stainless steel front panel, a painted steel body, mineral wool insulation, lighting, and two thermostats for each chamber. The internal dimensions of each chamber are 720x1080x140 mm, which allows the oven to accommodate 12 pizzas with a diameter of 300 mm. The power of the upper and lower heating elements in each chamber is 4500 W, the power of each chamber becomes 9 kW. The chamber has a temperature adjustment from +50 to +500°C. The chamber bottom is lined with fireproof stone. The oven is equipped with internal lighting, a heat-resistant viewing window in the door, and a thermometer in each chamber.
