The GGF E 66/60 pizza oven is used for baking pizza and other dough products in professional activities. The front surface of the oven is made of stainless steel. The body has a heat-insulating layer made of mineral wool. It is possible to make the front surface in a “rustic” style. Temperature from 50 to 500°C. Voltage 400/230V. Power 12.8 kW. 2 levels. Internal dimensions 915x610x140mm. You can cook 12 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm at the same time, 6 pizzas on each level. Firestone. There are small glass windows on the doors. The door handles are at the top. Each tier has a separate control panel. The panel has two thermostats for regulating the temperature of the upper and lower heating elements, a thermometer, light indicators for reaching the set temperature, and a button to turn on the lighting in the chamber.
