Description. Pizza oven PizArt CS-A35-8P
The PizArt CS-A35-8P pizza oven from the Skill line is used for preparing pizza in catering establishments. The base is made of 14mm thick fireclay stone. Independent temperature control of the upper and lower heating elements for excellent baking of food on both sides. Wide viewing window and interior lighting for monitoring pizza baking. Saving electricity. Thermal insulation is 50 mm thick, so the heat generated is maximally directed towards cooking the food and is less dissipated into the surrounding air. The facade and door are made of stainless steel, and two handles on the downward-opening doors make access to the chambers more convenient. Temperature is controlled by mechanical thermostats for the upper and lower heating elements of each chamber, and current readings are displayed on an analog thermometer. A smoke exhaust control system and internal humidity regulation help create optimal conditions in the oven chamber for baking delicious pizza. Dimensions: 990x820x680mm.
