The pizza oven has a ceramic base that accumulates heat; cladding - stainless steel; Brief description: • designed for baking pizza and pies; • models PZ 330 and PZ 400 - with 1 baking chamber, model PZ 660 - with 2 baking chambers; • the heating elements in the PZ 330 and PZ 660 models are 2 sets of quartz tubes (max temperature 1050 0C), each of which has independent control; in the PZ 400 model – heating elements; • in the PZ 330 and PZ 660 models, the bottom of the oven is covered with a ceramic plate, which ensures uniform heat distribution in the baking chamber; • equipped with a temperature controller: - models PZ 330 and PZ 660 - 0–350 0С, - model PZ 400 - 0–250 0С; • 15-minute timer with the option to turn it off (for continuous cooking); • preparing a semi-finished pizza takes about 4.5 minutes. Advantages of ROLLER GRILL pizza ovens 1. Small dimensions, which allows them to be placed even in small spaces (kiosks, etc.) 2. The body is completely made of stainless steel. 3.
