The power of the upper and lower heating elements is 2225 W each. The chamber has a temperature control from +50 to +450°C. The chamber bottom is lined with fireproof stone. The oven is equipped with internal lighting, a heat-resistant viewing window in the door, and a thermometer. Brief description of the Stalgast 781024 pizza oven - the furnace lining body is made of high-quality stainless steel; - all electrical components, such as: lighting equipment and indicator lights, electrical wiring system, heating elements, ceramic hobs - produced by leading Italian companies; - the temperature inside the chamber reaches from 50 to 450 °C, which reduces the baking time to 2-3 minutes for pizza and lasagna-type dishes; - the bottom of the oven is lined with special ceramic plates that maintain a high temperature in the chamber for a long time and are easy to remove and clean; - internal lighting allows you to control the baking process without opening the oven; - two powerful heating elements are installed in the upper part of the oven and in the lower part under the ceramic hob, with a total power of one section of 4.45 kW, for uniform distribution of heat flows inside the chamber; - manual control with convenient handles and warning light indicators with separate control of the upper and lower heating elements: - presence of a thermometer on the control panel.
