Electric pizza oven BASIC 4, single-chamber, with electromechanical control. Brief characteristics of the pizza oven - the furnace lining body is made of high-quality stainless steel; - all electrical components, such as: lighting equipment and indicator lights, electrical wiring system, heating elements, ceramic hobs - produced by leading Italian companies; - the temperature inside the chamber reaches from 50 to 500 °C, which reduces the baking time to 2-3 minutes for pizza and lasagna-type dishes; - the bottom of the oven is lined with special ceramic plates that maintain a high temperature in the chamber for a long time and are easy to remove and clean; - internal lighting allows you to control the baking process without opening the oven; - two powerful heating elements with a total power of 4.7 kW are installed in the upper part of the oven and in the lower part under the ceramic hob to ensure uniform distribution of heat flows inside the chamber; - manual control with convenient handles and warning light indicators with separate control of the upper and lower heating elements: - presence of a thermometer on the control panel.

* When connecting the oven to a 1-phase 220V network, you need to make sure that the wiring that goes to the oven can withstand 4.7 kW.

Константин, печь пиццы PRISMAFOOD BASIC 4 мы продаем достаточно давно (около 3-х лет), за все время продаж они ни разу не выходили из строя, что на наш взгляд говорит о их добротном изготовлении. Она подходит как для профессиональных пиццерий (позволяет загружать 4 пиццы диаметром до 33см), так и для кафе, где пицца является дополнительным продуктом.
