Description. Apache AML6 Pizza Oven

The APACH AML6 pizza oven is designed for baking pizza and bakery products at high temperatures. The oven has one working chamber and is equipped with a mechanical control system. Equipped with separately adjustable heating elements for heating the chamber volume from above and below. The bottom of the oven is lined with 2cm thick fireclay slabs, which allows for maintaining a high temperature for a long time. The oven is equipped with internal lighting using halogen lamps.
