The Fimar FML 4+4 electric pizza oven has a two-chamber design with electromechanical controls and a stainless steel front panel, painted steel body, mineral wool insulation, lighting, and two thermostats for each chamber. The internal size of each chamber is 720x720x140 mm, which allows you to place 8 pizzas with a diameter of 35 cm in the oven. The power of the upper and lower heating elements in each chamber is 3000 W, the power of each chamber becomes 6 kW. The chamber has a temperature adjustment from +50 to +500°C. The chamber bottom is lined with fireproof stone. The oven is equipped with internal lighting, a heat-resistant viewing window in the door, and a thermometer in each chamber.
