The PRISMAFOOD GAS 6 single-chamber gas pizza oven with electromechanical control has a stainless steel front panel and a painted steel body. The internal dimensions of the chamber are 620x920x150 mm, which allows you to place 6 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm in it. The gas heating power reaches 18 kW. The chamber has a temperature control from +50 to +450°C. The chamber bottom is lined with fireproof stone. The oven is equipped with internal lighting, a heat-resistant viewing window in the door, and a thermometer. Brief description of the PRISMAFOOD G 6 pizza oven - the furnace lining body is made of high-quality stainless steel; - all components, such as: lighting equipment and indicator lights, electrical wiring system, heating elements, ceramic hobs - are produced by leading Italian companies; - the temperature inside the chamber reaches from 50 to 450 °C, which reduces the baking time to 2-3 minutes for pizza and lasagna-type dishes; - the bottom of the oven is lined with special ceramic plates that maintain a high temperature in the chamber for a long time and are easy to remove and clean; - internal lighting allows you to control the baking process without opening the oven; - two powerful heating elements are installed in the upper part of the oven and in the lower part under the ceramic plate to ensure uniform distribution of heat flows inside the chamber; - manual control with convenient handles and warning light indicators with separate control of the upper and lower heaters.
