Cuppone GT 110/1D - a model of the Giotto series - is an electric pizza oven with a rotating platform. The advantages of these ovens are: high productivity (7 pizzas d300mm/6 pizzas d350mm/3 pizzas d500mm), simple interface, economical operation (average power consumption 9 kW/h), maintaining temperature under any workload. The Cuppone GT 110/1D pizza oven is made of stainless steel. Baking surface made of cordierite bricks, mounted on a rotating frame. The insulation is made of mineral wool. Double speed rotation (for loading and baking). It is possible to change the direction of rotation. Double interior lighting is provided by halogen lamps. The door has panoramic glass. Adjustable steam release. Reinforced electric heating elements on the upper and lower surfaces. Electronic baking control. It is possible to program the oven to turn on automatically.
