Electric pizza oven, 1-section PP-1K-975 , for 4 pizzas with a diameter of up to 33 cm. Pizza has recently become one of the most popular products in small establishments and cafes. Features of the pizza oven PP-1K-975 : - a natural stone base (quartzite-sandstone "AGRA"). The porous structure of this stone ensures uniform baking of the product; - double heat-resistant window for viewing manufactured products; - the interior of the oven (side walls) is made of stainless steel; - adjustable steam release; - reinforced thermal insulation (mineral wool 70 mm); - two thermostats (one, located in the oven, controls the upper heating elements and regulates the average temperature, the other, located under the hearth, controls the lower heating elements and regulates the temperature of the outer surface of the hearth); - heating temperature 450 degrees. ...
