Description. Frosty M9 Pizza Oven
Frosty M9 electric pizza ovens from the Italian Pizza Group feature a stainless steel front, painted sheet metal side panels, and galvanized top and bottom, with a 14mm firebrick bottom. They feature fiberglass insulation, mechanical thermometers, a main switch, protected heating elements, interior lighting, and a glass door. Temperature control is provided by mechanical thermostats. The internal size of the chamber allows you to place 9 pizzas with a diameter of 300-330 mm. Technical specifications Electromechanical control. Temperature regulation in the frying chamber up to +450ºС. Separate controls for the upper and lower groups of heating elements. Internal lighting of the frying chamber. The bottom of the frying chamber is made of fireproof material. The facade is made of stainless steel, the body is made of painted steel.
