Electric pizza oven ItPizza ML66 L, two-chamber, with electromechanical control: - the furnace lining body is made of high-quality stainless steel; - all electrical components, such as: lighting equipment and indicator lights, electrical wiring system, heating elements, ceramic hobs - produced by leading Italian companies; - the temperature inside the chamber reaches from 50 to 500 °C, which reduces the baking time to 2-3 minutes for pizza and lasagna-type dishes; - the bottom of the oven is lined with special ceramic (fireclay) plates, which maintain a high temperature in the chamber for a long time and are easy to remove and clean; - internal lighting allows you to control the baking process without opening the oven; - two powerful heating elements with a total power of 6 kW are installed in the upper part of the oven and in the lower part under the ceramic hob to ensure uniform distribution of heat flows inside the chamber; - manual control with convenient handles and warning light indicators with separate control of the upper and lower heating elements: - presence of a thermometer on the control panel.
