Description. Robot Coupe CL 55 Vegetable Cutter (Lever) 2214
The CL 55 vegetable cutter with a lever hopper is suitable for large canteens and industrial facilities. The cutter's body is made of stainless steel, simplifying sanitization. The powerful motor (1100 W) is specially designed for long-term operation with large volumes of products. The hopper and lid are made of stainless steel; the vegetable cutters have an automatic funnel with high productivity due to the continuous supply of vegetables; supplied without discs; a full set of 46 discs is available (can be ordered separately); One large "Full Moon" hopper (227 cm2 area) for cutting bulky vegetables such as cabbage, potatoes, lettuce, etc. The removable panel is designed to achieve optimal cutting results (for example, potatoes or tomatoes).
